The Commonwealth (VA) Chapter partnered with the James River Valley and Richmond Chapter to execute our annual Black Family Wellness Expo.

We kicked off Women's History Month with a book talk by Dr. Nazera Sadiq Wright, author of "Black Girlhood in the Nineteenth Century" at the Black History Museum.

Our Girl Talk program was held on February 24, where young women participated to journey the historic Monticello. The theme this year focused on "Democracy, African American Women and the Law."
